Since then, I have successfully handled more than 3,000 signings, covering real estate closings, refinances, reverse mortgages, HELOCs, seller packages, commercial deals, estate planning documents, wills, affidavits, and apostilles. As a commissioned Minnesota Notary Public, licensed Real Estate Closing Agent, and former Mortgage Loan Officer, I recognize the importance of accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness. From my base in Edina, I proudly serve clients across the Twin Cities and the Southwest metro area.
